Oshkosh : More than a large recreational trailer than a mobile home. This immaculate steel covered vintage Airstream stands guard at an intersection. I never knew whether the proud owner was moonlighting as a street side instant restaurant, but I am still impressed by the green oversized gas cylinder !

Oshkosh : A Skyway Beechcraft 1900C sits on Wittman Regional Airport's ramp while on a ROD/Rest-Over-Day lay over slatted to last until early in the evening. Also based at Milwaukee and operating regional services on behalf of Midwest Express, Skyway recently closed. Hosting a major air event since ages, Wittman is ironically not anymore served by a scheduled passenger carrying airline !!!

Oshkosh : Two Douglas C.47s, also aka DC.3 and Dakota just to name a couple, sitting on Basler Aircraft's commercial ramp. In addition to converting DC.3s into turbo powered Basler Transport BT-67s, the company once operated air cargo services mostly for the automotive industry. Still in Air Grand Canyon Yosemite's colors, the blue finished one had just been purshased.
